Website and Internet Relations Manager

Job Summary
TSNE seeks to establish its leadership role in the nonprofit sector on-line.  The Community Website Editor will design and implement innovative strategies to build TSNE=s Internet presence and to create an on-line community of learners in the nonprofit sector.   Specific duties include:

Maintain and update architecture of TSNE Websites
Organize the coding and uploading of documents and graphics to the site
Perform regular evaluation of Website activity
Maintain, update and develop Website content. 
Work as part of TSNE teams to develop strategy for TSNE Website and Internet presence.
Work with writers and editors of the TSNE=s magazine, The Non Profit Quarterly, to translate content for the Website and repackage it for other uses online.
Identify and create on-line collaborations with others (Websites, portals, etc) in the nonprofit sector
Help develop and nurture TSNE on-line learning communities
Work to promote and market The Non Profit Quarterly and other TSNE products and services through the Internet.

Position Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the development and preparation of new materials and the ability to repurpose existing publications/data for the Website and external sites.
Web site production and maintenance, including content management.
Knowledge of core web protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, FTP)
Ability to validate code and hand-code Web pages in HTML 3 or above
Knowledge and experience in Web management using Dreamweaver and Cold Fusion
Knowledge of a variety of softwareCespecially Access, Visual Basic, Power Point, Excel, Word, Network OS Networks and other nonprofit software packages and a demonstrated aptitude to learn new technology.
Familiarity with Listserv software and commands and online discussion forums
Proficient with PC concepts and LAN technology
Concepts of relational databases
Familiarity with server side scripts
Proficiency with web server software and security
Proficient in applications: Windows 98, MS Access, various desktop applications, remote access
Interest in the use of computers as a creative and empowering tool.
Experience building and managing online community, preferably in a non-profit environment.

PROGRAM DEVELOPER

Job Summary
TSNE is seeking a creative visionary with proven practical skills to provide planning and oversight in developing and implementing capacity building programs for nonprofits. These programs include publications, conferences and trainings, on-line information services, and other innovative initiatives in partnership with others. The person in this position will provide guidance, leadership and oversight to other staff and will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Program Development and other senior staff.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have experience in all htmlects of nonprofit management and leadership, as well as management consulting, training, and evaluation. Practical writing and research skills and a successful track record in grant fundraising required. The preferred candidate will have experience with small to mid-sized community based and social change organizations, in diverse communities. S/he should work best in a shared management setting and be skilled at engaging partners at all levels, inside and outside of the organization.

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:
TSNE is seeking an energetic, detail oriented and highly focused individual to assist the Director of Program Development with both program and fund development.

Key Job Elements:
•Research on sources of potential grants via internet, periodicals and other sources.
•Preparation of grant proposals; including some writing, editing and production of final packages.
•Tracking of grant requests
•Accurate and timely reporting to funders
•General administrative support for the Director of Program Development including file maintenance and contract management.
•Participation in the development of program plans, work plans, and timelines.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess excellent writing, communication and organizational skills including planning and monitoring of complex projects. Must be an organized thinker and have an aptitude for finance, including experience in managing budgets. Must have three years of administrative experience, and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs and Microsoft Access. Collaborative work style a must. Commitment to nonprofit work strongly preferred.

Excellent Benefits, Salary Range: $35K - $40K Annualized.
